Premium Financing

Leverage bank dollars to minimize out-of-pocket life insurance premium expenses. Under this strategy, the policy owner, such as an insurance trust, borrows the annual premiums from a third-party lender, so the only out-of-pocket cost is annual loan interest payments. The death benefit may be designed so that the loan principal is repaid with a portion of the death benefit, all while preserving a specified benefit for heirs.
