Younger client (female, age 38) with a significant net-worth, which is tied up mostly in a variety of real estate properties. Client is interested in $10 million of life insurance for income replacement / wealth transfer purposes. Client does not have the liquid cash to fund large life insurance premiums. As a real estate investor, the client likes the idea of using “someone else’s money” (i.e. a bank) to pay premiums via loan.
